How do I support the work of the SCP?
We are an all-volunteer team that relies on your donations to fund our projects in Nicaragua. The SCP is a 501c3 organization so your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Make an online contribution by clicking one of the links below. If you have a PayPal account you can transfer funds to the SCP with no deductions or fees via the PayPal Giving Fund. Or use the Donate button on the right to pay by debit or credit card through the standard PayPal gateway. No PayPal account is needed, but please note that PayPal will deduct a 2.2% service fee from all transactions using this option.

Scholarship program
We offer scholarships to enable students to attend secondary school. Your donation of $250 per year enables one more student to be part of the program for one year.
Village Partners
There are many more villages in the Santa Teresa area which have yet to receive the services that SCP provides. If you and a group of friends are able to raise $5000 per year for three years, we will be able to help another village and keep you informed of how your partner village is progressing.
SCP Endowment Fund.
With the help of generous bequests from several supporters we were able to start an endowment fund. The donated amount is invested and only the earnings are used to support our activities. In this way the donation continues to give financial support to SCP indefinitely into the future.
